SAGC works with main contractors, consultants, developers and commercial clients on building services packages. We take on defined scopes and execute them with our own trade teams and supervision, so responsibility for the work stays with us from mobilisation to handover.
Our disciplines sit close together on site. Ductwork, firefighting pipework, plumbing, containment and interior works share the same ceiling and the same programme, which is why we plan them as one coordinated installation rather than separate trades arriving in sequence.
The result is a package that is easier to inspect: supports set out to agreed levels, routes clear of other services, and outstanding items tracked and closed before handover.

Before mobilisation
Drawings, specifications and interface points are reviewed, and queries are raised early rather than discovered on site.

During installation
Levels, routes and support spacing are agreed with the other services, and work is supervised by trade and checked as it proceeds.

Inspection and close-out
Testing and inspection are coordinated with the responsible parties, and outstanding items are closed out before handover.
